Crude oil broke down. It looks set to shortly challenge the last low at 55. 

 Natural gas broke down as well. This suggests a world wide slow down in demand, which again re enforces my idea that markets have topped and recession looms. 

Conoco Phllips  Is a major player and immediately dropped.

 

My only long position is 500 shares of RIG, I might as well keep it as cheap as it is, maybe someone will take it over while trading at a third of book value.
