/an outside reversal day occurs when today's price exceeds yesterday's high, the entire range is larger than hte previous day, and the price closes lower. Here is the weekly chart ad all the descriptions apply. WMT had a strong quarter but had little to say about the rest of the year noting customers were buying less than 10 gallons of gas. As the biggest retail store this is significant.
