Remember the DOW is price weighted. When one stock gains 12% in done day it skews the entire index, wow.

Why is IBM moving today?
IBM (IBM) surged 12.75% after the U.S. government announced a $2 billion investment in quantum computing, with IBM set to receive $1 billion for a new foundry, significantly outperforming the tech sector's 0.81% gain.

Prior to May14 I stated I had no further predictions on the stock market, I am now back to that conclusion. I do have an opinion on interest rates, they will move higher. I see Trump is trying to talk the oil price down by suggesting an Iran deal. Unless he wants the Obama no deal forget that.
Silver may be bottoming, we'll see.
