Actually the change has been underway for some time. Here in Texas, the area between Austin and San Antonio has blown wide open. Former small town New Braunfels and San Marcos are attracting big business. Kyle south of Austin hs grown from near nothing to traffic jams the last few years.
California's proposed wealth tax and NYC new socialist mayor will only hasten the outflow to Texas and Florida. Rush Limbaugh used to say that 40,00 0 individuals supported NYC. I wonder what that number might be now.
