House Approves War Powers Resolution
Opposition to war grows
It's the fourth time the House has tried to curb the U.S. war against Iran. The Senate advanced its own war powers resolution last month when a handful of GOP senators broke ranks with the Republican president in a rare show of political pushback from his party.

From the standpoint of how social mood drives social actions, today's fourth try which pushed the vote to a resolution is no surprise. It happened on the exact day the DOW reversed its climb by 6212 points.
Notice the DOW closed on the low of the day, as did the mood of the Congress towards the President. After a 400+ point rally Tuesday, mood shifted on the open today. the SOX semi-conductor index advanced. The NDX higher in March 2000 after the DOW topped at March, 2000.
I will write more on the mood change the rest of this week, I have certainly written about it coming for the last year.
